My work centers on designing, supporting, and sustaining human-centered learning experiences within education and mission-driven organizations. Below are examples of the kinds of learning and program work I’ve contributed to across roles and contexts.


Learning Platform & LMS Support

Supported educators and organizations in managing learning platforms and online course environments, including course setup, enrollment organization, troubleshooting, and launch readiness. Work emphasized clarity, accessibility, and learner experience, alongside quality assurance reviews and user-facing documentation.


Adult Learning & Professional Education

Contributed to the design, refinement, and delivery of online learning experiences for educators, leaders, and professionals. Supported curriculum development, course reviews, and facilitation with a focus on adult learning principles, practical application, and sustainable learning design.


Learning Operations & Program Support

Partnered with cross-functional teams to support learning programs through clear structure, documentation, and systems thinking. Work included coordinating details across stakeholders, supporting internal processes, and helping teams translate complex ideas into organized, actionable learning pathways.


Graduate Teaching & Education Research

Taught undergraduate courses in education and supported research initiatives focused on language, literacy, and learning in professional and safety-critical contexts. Experience included curriculum development, online instruction, learner assessment, and collaborative research dissemination.
